Robert Buscho is an experienced litigation attorney and the Executive Director of United Law Group. Having first-chaired four (4) jury trials and over 200 bench trials in cases involving real property, lending and business practices, debt collection, trade secrets, and contractual liabilities, he brings significant experience and understanding of both the lenders' and borrowers' perspectives to each and every case. Mr. Buscho uses his knowledge of lender practices and his vast litigation experience to assist ULG clients.

Previously he managed his own practice and worked as associate counsel in several law firms specializing in lender, bankruptcy, and real property litigation. Drawing upon his bankruptcy and insolvency experience, Robert oversees ULG's bankruptcy department, which offers Chapter 7, 13, and, where appropriate, Chapter 11 relief to clients of United Law Group.

Because the state of the California and national economies has had tremendous impact on the personal finances of many, Mr. Buscho and his staff consider those factors as well as the effects of various other economic elements including employment, home ownership, and other debt, when evaluating each individual case. Recommendations as to the best course of action are made on a case-by-case basis with options including bankruptcy, litigation, and various other legal avenues.
