Robert Buscho is a dynamic court-seasoned attorney. He first chaired four jury trials and tried over three hundred post-foreclosure unlawful detainer proceedings. He's conducted judicial foreclosures and receiverships, and brings significant experience from both lenders' and borrowers' perspectives in dealing with TILA, RESPA, and HIDC claims. He previously managed his own private practice. He uses his understanding of lender practices and his litigation experience to assist his clients at United Law Group.
